ALL ABILITIES ACRYLIC PAINTING COURSE. Minimum 5 students - Maximum 12 students. The acrylic class runs for 2.5 hrs from 9:30 am-12:00 pm. The days are Wednesday. Each class is $59 so the total for the four weeks is $236. Embark on a journey into ACRYLICS with our enlightening art class! This fun and practical class will suit everyone. No experience is necessary and all abilities are catered for. Our experienced teacher will guide you all the way. Explore acrylic painting with everything from composition and colour to the use of this medium and gain a better understanding of all its exciting techniques and possibilities! Each Class will have a theme but things covered will include: Colour comprehension including mixing, layering and blending. Brushwork techniques and control. Form and dimension. Shadows and highlights. Creative composition. Proportion and perspective. Scale, light and tone. Developing pattern and texture. Creating depth. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING - OR YOU CAN PURCHASE A PACK ON THE DAY FOR $25: *A variety of brushes *Disposable palate pad or large white plastic or china plate *Fabric rag, approximately 20cm piece You are also welcome to bring any other materials you might have at home that you would like to use.
