TYPES OF PAINT
ACRYLIC PAINTING
Art Classes
Acrylic paint is made of pigment suspended in polymer resin. It is thinned and cleaned up with water and when the water has evaporated it dries waterproof. When used thickly it can resemble oil paint, when used in a fluid manner it can resemble watercolour. It allows many techniques that are unique to it thanks to its fast-drying properties and because it can adhere to many surfaces. WATERCOLOUR PAINTING
Art Classes
Watercolour painting is a technique that uses pigments suspended in a water-based solution. The transparent nature of watercolour allows for subtle layering and blending of colours, creating delicate and ethereal effects. It's often used to create landscapes, portraits, and still-life paintings. Watercolour paintings are known for their luminous quality and the way the light shines through the layers of paint.
